We had a lovely day at the cemetery. It was a little warm but the food was yummy. We would love to see more of you! We are thinking about doing something in the fall.
Today Imogene Macias resigned as a member of the board. She has been so dedicated to the preservation of the cemetery. She feels that it is time to give the responsibility to upcoming generations.
Hilda Hendrix, Chris Richey, and Paul Vick are new board members. (It going to take 3 board members to replace one Imy!) 😀
Edit: Joe Perkins also resigned from the board due to illness.
Saturday, April 25th, is the annual meeting of Vick Cemetery at 12 noon.
It is going to be warm so be prepared. Bring your lawn chairs and a dish to share after the meeting.
We hope to see you there with your family! See you soon!
