Did you know that researchers say that at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity physical activity per week is crucial for good health? However, the American Heart Association estimates that worldwide, only about 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men get enough physical activity.
