Super excited to have had the opportunity to connect with Niklas Hedegard, a former professional swimmer and one of the owners of The Magic5 goggle company. We chatted about some of his experiences and observations in the sport of swimming, centered on longevity and burnout.

Stoked to have had this opportunity to reconnect with Frank Busch, former USA National team director and University of Arizona head coach during the team's rise to prominence.

Frank shares some of his journey, starting coaching at the ripe old age of 16, and experience stepping into leadership both with Arizona and later for the USA.
