It was a busy weekend in Deborah‘s Kitchen. Cooking for two people very near and dear to my heart. Comfort food at its finest. My take on tuna noodle casserole. I used Gigli organic pasta, a homemade cream sauce with melted American cheese and wild caught tuna. Next, I made a meat sauce, seasoned to perfection with shell pasta and marinara sauce, and last, but not least, eggplant parmesan. My heart is happy cooking for people I love.

No bake chocolate cheesecake over a brownie bottom. Made for my boss, her husband and her daughter. It’s a celebration of birthdays and a wish for good health. When someone says I love chocolate desserts, this is the one to make. Deborah’s kitchen doesn’t disappoint when it comes to cooking and baking 🖤

The last two dishes prepared for vet technician week. Sausage egg casserole with hash browns and homemade focaccia bread with garlic, onions, ham and cheese!!

It’s Veterinary technician week and I am so appreciative of the technicians that work at town and country. Without them, the doctors would never be able to do their appointments. To celebrate them I made homemade sausage gravy and biscuits and an apple crumb cake. Thank you for a job well done 🖤

Homemade corn chowder, stuffed peppers with homemade tomato sauce and peppers grown from my coworkers garden, homemade focaccia bread with crème fraîche, Gruyere cheese and diced ham. Dessert, homemade pumpkin spice Bundt cake with pumpkin pie spice cream cheese frosting.
Day spent with my love, priceless 🖤

Treats for the staff at work. Peanut butter brownies with peanut butter buttercream frosting, peanut m & m’s and Reese’s peanut butter cups sprayed with edible gold glitter. S’mores brownies have chocolate chunks, chocolate ganache, graham cracker crumbs and Belgian chocolate squares. These portable desserts were a hit!!

This food, prepared by Deborah’s Kitchen, is for our BI rep Matt. He had surgery in August and he is recovering. The chicken was marinated in a homemade garlic Parmesan marinade, dredged in flour and then sautéed with olive oil and butter, the vegetables were freshly cut up and roasted in the oven with seasonings and olive oil, and I put together a green salad with chopped up cucumbers and celery, shredded carrots, and tiny tomatoes. I made the food and Robin, my coworker, made the delivery. Teamwork at its finest 🖤
