Little Acorns Learning Center is hosting a clothing drive. All who donate have the chance to be entered into a raffle for the chance to win!

We use the Reggio Emilia approach at our center. Children and teachers work together to collaborate and create meaningful learning experiences. We pride ourselves on promoting learning through the "100 languages". For more information please reach out to us directly!

Yes! We will be hosting our official open house on September 1, 2022. Parents will be sent more information later in the week!

Today our toddler students made jewelry using pipe cleaners and colored beads. This activity is great for working on fine motor skills. This activity is also a great give to give to people we are thankful for. Happy Fall!

Hello families! Just a quick reminder of some upcoming dates that Little Acorns Learning Center will be closed. In the month of November we will be closed Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th. In the month of December we will be closed Monday the 26th. If you and your family plan to be on vacation please be sure to inform us!

Hello! Little Acorns Learning Center is proud to announce will be hosting an Importance of Play workshop on December 2nd from 6-7:30pm. It is open to all parents and families. This workshop will include types of play, different ways to enrich your child’s play, and a whole lot more! Sign ups will be attached to our weekly flyer in the coming weeks until the event. Be sure to sign up!! Don’t worry, we will send out reminders as well!

This week we will be welcoming two new teachers into Little Acorns Learning Center. Please join me in welcoming Miss Ashley who will be joining our infant program on 11/2 and Miss Alyssa who will also be joining us on 11/2 in our toddler program!

Today our Pre-K students learned all about apples and how many letters are in their name through a very fun art activity led by Miss Kali and Miss Madison. The activity engages students mathematical skills as they practice counting how many letters are in their name. It also encourages their creativity as they are able to determine how they would like to place their piece of the paper.

Throughout the month of November Little Acorns Learning Center is proud to announce that we will be hosting a canned food drive! All canned food items that are collected throughout the month will be donated to our local food bank. We ask that if you are able to donate to please place your items in the bin that can be found at the front entrance and be sure to put your name into the drawing for our raffle at the end of the month. Each donation is one ticket!

Our toddlers really enjoyed creating their own leaves today using pipe cleaners and tissue paper after their outside nature walk!
