Raised one side of this sloped walkway up about 5 inches back into place, (was not poured to code). And raised another small section of walkway. Nothing like 65 degrees in November

Just a few shots of some work at a condo complex in Milford completed yesterday. Lifted 4 walkways and stoops, and many pieces of sidewalk.

This was a neat job in South windsor. Customers front walk had settled 4 inches, began getting ready to lift and decided to dig around the sides to look for a void and I was shocked with what I found they had a void up to 30" right up against the foundation. It looked like a cave under their walkway. What had happened was a year ago they had their foundation replaced due to crumbling and the contractor had not properly compacted the soil after backfill.

A small but rewarding job for an elderly couple with a budget. They wanted to add a railing on the side of the steps, but the railing company said they could not until the steps were leveled or replaced. They got an astronomical quote of 10,000 to tear out and replace the steps. Then they found us with a quick Google search, in and out in about an hour and a fraction of the replacement cost. And best of all they will get their new railing! ( couldn't lift anymore due to needing proper pitch for drainage)

When your on vacation and all you wanna do is lift the rental houses concrete 😛

Pool patio lifted today, customer was thrilled he would no longer have to worry about his grandkids tripping and getting hurt.
