🎉This week we celebrate Ms. Janelle's milestone fifth anniversary here at Apple Ridge with a few throwback photos of her from the past five years!🍎 We found the wonderful Ms. Janelle when the ARA New Berlin team moved into their current location - you could say Janelle came with the building!😉 Adding Ms. Janelle to our team in Junior Preschool was a huge win for us, because Janelle has been an incredible addition to our school family!🤩 Ms. Janelle has a wealth of creative ideas and fun projects that she shares with the children in her care, and everything she does has a "wow" factor.✨ She is always ready to try something new and isn't afraid of a challenge. Janelle has a unique ability to really get to know and understand each child as an individual, and because of that, she is able to nurture strong bonds with each child in her class.🥰 Janelle is one of the hardest workers in the room - offering to come early, stay late, or switch things up at a moment's notice to help a co-worker out. This flexibility, thoughtfulness, and willingness to help are icing on the cake when it comes to an incredible teacher like Janelle.⭐️ Happy Apple Ridge anniversary, Ms. Janelle, and here's to many more! 💙

This weekend, we are so excited to celebrate the wonderful Ms. Esther!

Ms. Esther supports our infant and toddler classrooms, and she is truly a shining star. She is kind, patient, dependable, and always takes the time to build strong, loving connections with the children in her care.

Everyone loves Ms. Esther, and we couldn’t feel more grateful to have her as part of our teaching team. Thank you, Ms. Esther, for all the heart you bring to Apple Ridge! ❤️🍎

A child’s sense of wonder and inherent curiosity is undeniable. This was ever present as our New Berlin PreK class welcomed a special guest from Mad Science for our first in-house field trip! Throughout the hour our little learners were introduced to scientific terms (attraction, repel, metal, etc.) communicated amongst our peers, and were eager participants in the process of scientific inquiry.

🎉Today marks Ms. Miranda's six year anniversary at Apple Ridge Academy!🍎 For the past six years, Ms. Miranda has been with our toddlers, helping them to be the very best that they can be. ⭐️Miranda's passion is evident as she works with her toddlers, making sure they are fully prepared to enter the next phase in their educational journey. She is often found laughing and taking silly selfies with the children in her room, or throwing energetic dance parties, dancing right along with the kiddos.🥰 Miranda shines as a leader, setting high standards for the quality of care that she gives to the children in her room, and making sure she has open communication with families, so they know they can feel comfortable leaving their baby in her care.💕 Thank you for all of your phenomenal hard work over the past six years, Miranda, we appreciate you so much! 🎉Please join us in wishing our amazing Assistant Director, Ms. Cristlyn a happy Apple Ridge anniversary!🍎 If you take just a moment to talk to Ms. Cristlyn about anything early childhood related, you can tell right away that the passion she feels for this field of work absolutely radiates from her.🥰 She is a tireless advocate for the children and families that we serve, and she is a wealth of knowledge for our teaching staff who frequently come to her for advice, ideas, or support.🤩 Cristlyn is exactly the type of warm, energetic, and friendly teacher that every educator should aspire to be, and we love that her role allows her to share those qualities with everyone in our program.💚 Ms. Cristlyn can be found in every single one of our classrooms on a daily basis, checking in, helping out, or just pausing to share a favorite song with our little learners.🎤 Although we all try to tell her how much we adore her as often as we can, it's still not as much as she deserves to hear it!
