Some houses are beautiful.
Some just feel like home.

From the stone fireplace and custom built-ins to the kitchen designed for gathering, every space in this home was built to be lived in.

And years later, it's still one of our favorites.

This space is built for quiet moments.

Natural light comes in soft through the full glass doors, with sheer curtains that keep it bright without feeling exposed. The layout keeps everything open, while still giving each piece a purpose. Seating, movement, and sightlines all feel easy and natural.

The materials do their part too. Warm wood tones, clean walls, and a few layered textures keep the room grounded without overcomplicating it.

It works because nothing is forced. Just a comfortable, well thought out place to sit, relax, and spend time.

The backyard isn’t an afterthought here.

The home is laid out to open directly into the outdoor space, with a covered patio that gives you shade and structure, plus an extended concrete area that creates room to actually use it. There’s space for dining, relaxing, and gathering without everything feeling tight.

The landscaping follows the same approach. Clean, intentional, and spaced to grow in naturally over time.

It works because the exterior was planned with the same level of detail as the interior. Everything connects.

The process matters just as much as the final result.

Building a home is a big decision, and most people talk to multiple builders before they choose the right fit. What stands out here is the consistency. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a team that follows through from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.

That’s what turns a first build into a second one.

We don’t take that lightly.

One of the homes we built a few years ago, and it's still one of our favorites. From the beautiful entryway to the luxury bathrooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed and crafted. Bringing this vision to life was a project we'll always be proud of.

The view is the focal point here, and everything else is built to support it.

Three large windows line the wall, bringing in natural light and giving you a clear look at the water from the bed, the chair, or anywhere in the room. The warm wood tones keep the space grounded, while the simple layout leaves it open and easy to move through.

Nothing feels crowded. Nothing pulls your attention away.

That’s intentional. When you have a setting like this, the design should step back and let it speak.

The backyard should feel just as finished as the home itself.

This layout is built around how people actually gather. A dedicated fire pit area creates a natural place to sit and connect, while the patio closer to the house handles dining and everyday use. The stepping stone path ties it all together so each space feels intentional, not scattered.

The covered porch extends the home outward, giving you protection when you need it and open space when you don’t. Everything works together without competing.

It’s a yard that’s designed to be used, not just looked at.

Natural light should work with the design, not fight it.

This stairway is positioned to take full advantage of it. The window placement brings light in at the right angle, casting across the wall and steps instead of getting lost. It highlights the texture of the wood treads and keeps the space from feeling closed in.

The open railing keeps sightlines clean and allows that light to carry through to the rest of the home. Nothing feels boxed in or disconnected.

Even the fixture overhead is scaled to match the volume of the space, so everything feels balanced from top to bottom.

It’s a simple transition space, but it’s built to feel intentional every time you walk through it.

Yes we can!

Storage like this comes down to craftsmanship you can see and feel.

Every cabinet in this home is built by Amish craftsmen. That shows up in the details. Clean lines, consistent spacing, and doors that sit exactly where they should. Nothing forced, nothing rushed.

This layout makes the most of it. Upper cabinets give you full-height storage, while the mix of drawers and doors below keeps everyday items easy to access. The long countertop creates a practical work surface without crowding the main kitchen.

Positioning it along the windows brings in natural light, so it never feels like a heavy wall of cabinetry.

It’s built with intention, and it functions that way every day.
