The ripple effect of stopping by the Farmers Market...
Sometimes, the one-stop shop of stopping at an Alid has its perks... it is quick and easy.
What if I we think about the numerous ways you are growing your own personal values by enjoying the summer days at a farmers market?
You are supporting a wife, mom, small business owner ... well, a LOT of small business owners!
People who care about what they sell! So you know the quality is high. The ingredients are cleaner than the store. And the connections are there (plus that means free samples, lol)
You get to prioritize family time! The sunshine on your skin, and time in a different setting. Fresh air, steps, laughs, and smiles... sometimes, that different setting is just what your body needs after a busy work day/week!
We get to build those connections for our family and our friends. We can share our go-tos our "top picks" so we can all make life easier and more enjoyable across the board!
