alrighty. this is an example of one of 10 completed facility boards in One of Us. each time you play the game different monsters are populated via a card draw upon arrival. Stealth is your friend. firing weapons sprinting across the map will result in tension cards that can result in more monsters or alerting monsters to your position. Fighting in the game is to the death and you are always low on ammo, or health. The game is broken into three campaigns. An exploration and gathering mission, a rescue mission and an escape mission which includes a final show down and trying to expose the player who is corrupted.

The game is paired with a graphic novel that plays like a D&D or chose your own adventure book which I hope will help engage players in their imagination to submerge into the game a little.

I have 9 more of these mini boards to draw and then I will work on the main map of the town.

background art work is just borrowed filler for demo. While I test out the game play this is an example of one of the 13 possible buildings you can explore and collect samples of the plagosia parasite to earn your ticket out of the company town. Every action can have a reaction. Ie. do you leave a door open to save yourself an action? but leave yourself vulnerable to letting an infected creature out of a room? Do you do it deliberately with lures? Do you go in shooting? You decide! Do you leave behind the valuable search and exploration chests in order to get what you came for and leave? Or do you take the gamble of a violent encounter with an infected Titan? One of Us testing before final structure is next week! If all goes well then I will be focusing on finalizing the art work, creature and character -redesigns, environment art, and typography. Martian Ink
