We want to give a huge shoutout to Ike and the team at Ike’s Heating & Air.

They continue to come through for ReLife in incredible ways. Ike and his wife have been so supportive of our mission, generously giving their time, equipment, and expertise to help the families we serve.

Most recently, they stepped in to help one of the single moms living in a ReLife home. The existing HVAC system was old and failing, and they donated the labor and equipment to install a brand-new furnace and AC unit.

Partnerships like this make a real difference. It’s one thing to support a cause with words. It’s another thing to roll up your sleeves and help meet a need.

Ethan and his team have been incredibly generous to us over the past few projects and truly care about making a difference in our community. They’re stepping in once again to help with the roof, which is a huge part of bringing this home back to life.

Excited to keep moving forward and get this ready for the next mom in the ReLife program.

Demo day is coming!

Here’s a look inside our newest ReLife house. As you can see, there’s a lot of work ahead, but that just means there are lots of ways to jump in and help.

We’ll be working this Saturday, April 18 from 9am–noon at 1317 Vine St. in New Albany. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and bring gloves and safety glasses if you have them.

Let’s bring this house back to life together.

A few years ago we started asking a simple question. What does it look like for us to love our community well?

That question led us to start ReLife. Today, that question has turned into homes being restored, families finding stability, and a community coming together to make a real difference.

This is our 6th property. What you see here is what we see at the beginning of every project. Just a house that needs work and a lot of people willing to help bring it back to life.

This house is a blank page right now. And we’re excited to see the story that will be written here.

Exciting times for ReLife!

We are grateful to add another home, making this our 6th property. It’s been amazing to see the momentum continue to build as we keep working to create affordable housing right here in our community.

This home will need a full update inside and out, but we are excited to get started and watch it come to life. Our hope is to have it ready by this summer for a wonderful family to move into and eventually call their own.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support, volunteer, and be a part of what we’re doing. It really does take all of us working together to make this happen.
