What a gift it was to photograph Ari for her senior session. The golden sunset, soft boho details and her natural spirit all came together so beautifully. Having known her family, this evening felt extra meaningful and I couldn’t be more excited to cheer her on as she steps into this next season of life.

Celebrating Dean this Senior Sunday is extra special. I had the privilege of working alongside his mom in labor and delivery…she was someone I looked up to for her strength, heart and leadership. It’s no surprise to see those same qualities in him. I can’t wait to see what you do next; you’re just getting started!!!

I even shed a few tears during this memorable occasion.

"Full circle," according to her mother. She was a patient of mine when I worked in labor and delivery, and I first met her mother 17 or 18 years ago. While I was expecting my second daughter, I assisted her in giving birth to her first. Fast forward, our kids became friends at preschool a few years later. Her mother told me that I had assisted her in giving birth when she was a young & scared and that now she was considering the nursing career field. She’s now a nurse and mother to 3 girls!

You never know what a difference you can make or what paths you could cross in the future! You two have my utmost admiration, and I'm eager to see what the future holds for you, my sweet Kae!
