Through May, there have been 402 MLS-recorded 1-family, non-condo home sales in the Green Bay Area School District. That compares to 439 through May of 2025 and 426 through May of 2024.
Still, May 2026 was strong at 120 sales, topping May of both 2025 and 2024, and marking the highest May total here since 2022.
