We are an Open Warehouse “valet style” storage facility. We offer a secure, safe and easy access site for Boats, Jet Skis & SxS’s inside.
Outside storage for RV’s and more. We are an open warehouse storage facility. We store boats, jet skis, cars, trucks, motorhomes and motorcycles. Our prices are as follows:
Monthly rate is $7 a linear ft (tongue to prop), rv’s included
Annual rate discount. If paid in advance 12th month is free. Jet ski prices are $100 / month flat rate. Acceptable forms of payment are check or electronic. No credit cards accepted.
We will be closed Monday February 16th for President’s Day.
We will be closed Thursday for Christmas.
We will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
For all our storage customers a reminder of our holiday hours. We will be closed Labor Day Monday. Get your requests in by 4:00pm today for a Friday pullout. If you want your boat pulled out on Sunday your request has to be in by 4:00pm Friday.

We will be closed Monday May 26th for Memorial Day. Don’t forget to get your requests in this Thursday before 4:00pm if you plan to come out boating.

We will be closed Thursday 11/28/24, to observe the Thanksgiving holiday. If you want your boat or jet ski pulled out that weekend please text your request by Wednesday 11/27/24, before 4:00pm.
We will be closed tomorrow Monday 9/2/24, for Labor Day.
Advance notice. We will be closed this coming holiday Thursday July 4th. Request your boats now to be pulled out. I’ll pull boats Wednesday if you’re arriving Thursday. If you’re arriving Friday then make your request by Wednesday no later than 4:00pm. 🇺🇸🧨
If anyone has heard about the fire in Needles along the river there is no indication Pair A Dice is in any danger. The nearby River Toys Storage told me the fire was close to them but for the most part was under control in that area. Most likely due to the eastward winds the fire has jumped the river to the AZ side…even further away from our location. I will update if there is any news that concerns our property. If you’re seeing this and were planning on dropping your boat off today or tomorrow or picking up tomorrow, it might be an issue. We’ve heard the roads in that area are closed.
