I bought this device to keep my Renishaw out of the blasting coolant, and in the future, hopefully to use it on multiple machines. I set it up, and after using it for a while, it is still working amazingly well. My only issue, is that ferrous metal chips really get buried in the crevices between the magnets. It hasn't affected the performance, but I would like a way to keep it clean. I think you will enjoy this device.

I love it!!! We have been looking for an easy way to Identify exactly what tools are loaded in our tool changers and this solved that perfectly. We are a job shop and our tool changers are always loaded with differant tools and this makes identifying then easy. Know anyone can walk up to the machine and know what tools are in it. We also use their label template with a barcode on the tags linked to the tools web page so no more wasting time when we need to look up tool info. A+++

DCC (Direct Computer Controlled) CMM (Coordinate Machine Measurement) inspection of an optical housing designed and machined at Exact Engineering in low quantities. The housing is nickel plated aluminum having a few features with fairly tight tolerances (+/- 10 microns). The plating thickness must be considered when machining these features to ensure specifications are met after plating.
