🌈 Pride Month is a time to celebrate identity, resilience, and community. It's also an opportunity to raise awareness about important health challenges that disproportionately impact LGBTQ+ individuals, including substance use disorders.

Recovery is possible. Compassion matters. Inclusive care saves lives.

At Clear Steps Recovery, we are committed to providing compassionate, inclusive care for individuals from all walks of life.

Recovery is not about never struggling. It is about having enough awareness, support, honesty, and skills to keep choosing survival, healing, and connection.

Tonight is Season 50 Finale of survivor so we dressed up as staff and played the game “survivor” With the clients. It’s a board game and teams compete. Good for community building!

Are you or someone you know in recovery from addiction? It's important to prioritize self-care and take care of your mental health. Here are some tips to help you on your journey:

1. Build a support system - Surround yourself with people who support your recovery and will hold you accountable.
2. Practice mindfulness - Take time to check in with yourself and be present in the moment.
3. Prioritize sleep and exercise - These two things can have a huge impact on your mental and physical health.
4. Find hobbies and activities you enjoy - Engaging in positive and fulfilling activities can help replace negative habits.
5. Seek professional help - It's okay to ask for help from a therapist or other healthcare professional.

Remember, recovery is a journey, not a destination. Celebrate your successes and learn from your setbacks. You've got this!
