States increasingly use Medicaid programs to enhance healthcare delivery and address health-related social needs (HRSN). This toolkit highlights various strategies states implement in their Medicaid-managed care programs to tackle HRSN. It is a valuable resource for states looking to develop managed care procurements or update contract provisions. The toolkit includes examples from 21 states and was updated in October 2024.
