Did you know that air filters are rated by how effectively they capture particles?
Half Tide Rock uses high-MERV filtration (MERV 13 and higher) to catch everything from pollen to fine dust to bacteria and viruses. Better filtration means healthier indoor air, which is especially important in high-performance homes that are built airtight.
At TE2 Engineering we design every system with indoor air quality at the top of the list.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING- why is it important?
We test HVAC systems to ensure they work as designed. It is very common that something is mis-wired or misinstalled by accident. So you have to test your make sure the system performs properly, especially when it comes to the safeties.
Then you measure performance over time to ensure the systems continue to perform properly. We are often asked to perform functional testing for new installs, but also to evaluate existing systems.
