It’s Self Scaling
The event is designed to meet people where they are at while presenting challenge towards what is seemingly just out of reach. S
o many endeavors, tasks, thought patterns, and input from “experts” shoot too far down the ‘pathway of potential’ with their ambitions. True, without risk & opportunity for failure, reward cannot be sweetest, but savvy mentors mitigate risk and embed failures as opportunities to rehearse mechanisms for accomplishment.
Diesel Days follow a program, but each individual’s journey through the process is unique to them. Individuals have different struggles, capacities, purposes, reference & meaning making manners, and responses to stimulus.
Ultimately, someone might not receive what they came (or thought you came) to get, but they will receive what they need; and then some.
