In the middle of the winter, it’s very important to disconnect all hoses from spigots. Keeping them connected does not allow water to drain even from freeze proof spigots. Water stuck in the pipe on the cold side can freeze and cause the pipe to crack.

Part time Home Inspector

Lehigh Valley Property Inspections is seeking an experienced home inspector to perform professional level home inspections in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. In business since 2005, we have built a reputation of utmost professionalism and are looking for a qualified professional to join our team on a part time basis.

Qualifications:
Must be able to demonstrate thorough understanding of home and building systems.

Must have 3 years experience or 250 inspections. (verifiable)

Able to work independently and have good customer communications skills.
Proficient in computer usage.

You must be licensed or eligible for Home Inspection licensing/certification in state
Prior home inspection training, schooling and certification. (Verifiable)

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Eligible for employment in the US.

Able to pass background check
No felony convictions.
