I met Dream Theater 🤘

I got my first tattoo

I started meal prepping and working out with intent

I accepted a position at a kickass guitar store with great management and the opportunity to learn new skills, go to interesting places, and meet some great people (Jared James Nichols, Mark Hudson, Pete Francis, etc.)

On top of that, I started teaching guitar again.🎸

I finally embraced going bald by shaving my head. (Not all of us have good jeans, like Sydney Sweeney 😂)

I attended 2 weddings, including one of my closest friends, and DESTROYED the dance floor at both of them.

I celebrated 5 years with the love of my life. Before you ask, I'm planning it. Shhh....

Had a pretty good gig count this year. (Smaller than usual, but it's not every day you're indirectly kicked from your band, but I digress. WOMP WOMP, s**t happens. I still wish them the best, and I'm grateful for all the opportunities I had to play this year.)

Well, this was pretty cool! I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Martin Guitar Museum and Factory in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Should've known it was only an hour from Kutztown. 🙃 Unlike most museum experiences, we actually got to hold and play some historic instruments, including the earliest known Martin guitar, Kurt Cobain’s acoustic, and pieces signed by Babe Ruth, Amelia Earhart, President Coolidge, Charles Lindbergh, and Thomas Edison. Pretty surreal.

They don't call me 'Dancin' Hansen' for nothing.

casually gives me opportunities to meet some really cool people. We just had the one and only come to the store for a meet and greet/clinic and I even got to try out his Korina Explorer once owned by Lzzy Hale. Great time!

Man's about to tie his first knot since Boy Scouts. No better place to celebrate before he says I do. He's grown up so fast!

5 incredible years have passed, and I'm honored to be sharing this journey with my love. Here's to many more adventures together now that we're living under one roof.
