I know you do. You are human after all. It is a very normal and healthy emotion. Our society just has a very backwards way at looking at it, which only causes its negative side to be seen. But there is a healthy side too. It helps us to realize a boundary has been crossed that we may not have even been aware of was there. It brings light to something once hidden in the dark asking to be healed.

But the most important thing about anger is to feel it. Well, that goes for ALL emotions, but anger can be one of the most toxic if suppressed. Like Mark Twain said...Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.

And like Shrek always says, "Better out than in!" So, honor your anger. Process it. Find what is behind it and take action towards healing.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Kidney 27 point (K27) is great for helping with fear and anxiety. Gently tap on the area where the collar bone and sternum meet. This little indention is K27. Tap and breathe deeply and allow the energies of your fear and anxiety to move through you and diminish. Use as often as you feel the need.

LEFT: Summer
How perfectly timed, as are you, to expand into the possibilities that this new season has waiting for you. But that is the key to any opportunity is that you actually take it. So, when a sunny day presents itself, do you instead hide inside and mope? OR do you step outside under the light of the sun and soak it all in? These are two very different approaches to the very same situation. Free will on this planet is a gift, but one you have to open to enjoy.

CENTER: Cauldron
Time to stir the pot. Stagnation only will see things burn and stick to the bottom. But if there is motion, a tending to of that which is brewing, you will render a much better concoction at the end. So, do not ignore all that you have on your stove. It is a fine balancing act in order to make the meal all come together at the right time. It requires your attention, and now. So, don't walk away at this crucial time as all the parts are finishing up and ready to be served.

RIGHT: Earthworm
The lowly earthworm is often overlooked for its important job of aerating the soil. Without them, the ground would overtime become quite compacted, making it nearly impossible for anything to grow. Roots could not dig and find stability for the plant it holds within to grow. So, the next time earthworm spirit come to stir up your foundation, do not curse it. Instead thank it for shaking things up so that which you plant can grow and thrive in the environment you placed it.
