When long time customers find you after many many moons apart! 🙌 so incredibly thankful for customers who become friends- who have loved and encouraged and supported me from the beginning!! The warm feeling that rushed over me when they walked in and gushed “YOU’RE HOME!!” 🥰 Zapp hall has held a monumental place in my heart since I set up for the first time in 2017. The way a place, and its people, make you feel is remembered forever. You may not remember what you bought, or what you ate, but you will ALWAYS remember the way someone or some place made you FEEL. And Zapp feels like coming home. The customers that keep coming back, with their beautiful smiles, encouraging words and warm hugs … the vendors who become family, looking out for one another, cheering each other on, opening their neighbors tent when someone is running late, and keeping watch over your space when your bladder is about to burst .. and the field owners who pour their hearts and souls into creating a destination and experience (not just for shoppers, but for their vendors!) Feeling incredibly grateful this morning 🥰
