European Performance Engineering (EPE) is a highly respected, independent Porsche service facility located in Natick, MA. Established over 35 years ago, EPE provides all levels of service on Porsche vehicles of all vintages and models, including rare collectables, daily drivers, custom and factory race cars as well as all of the very latest offerings from Stuttgart. Our current service staff, led by EPE’s owner, Jerry Pellegrino, has well over 80 combined years of hands-on experience working exclusively on Porsches automobiles.
With this level of expertise and a demonstrated commitment to provide the highest level of personalized service, EPE continues to grow and is looking to add to its service staff.
The successful candidate must have a proven track-record providing automobile service and, once hired, fully commit to EPE’s philosophy and commitment to its clients.
Specific requirements for the successful candidate include, but are not limited to:
• At least 3 years performing automobile service at a dealership, independent shop or similar environment. Porsche-specific experience is a plus but not required.
• An ability to work, as directed, with minimal supervision.
• Capable of and expected to develop and implement alternative approaches to problem diagnosis and resolution.
• An ability, when needed, to interact directly with clients to discuss specific issues and to instill confidence that EPE will provide the level of service and expertise the client deserves.
• The flexibility to adjust to changes in work priority in a dynamic environment
• A personality that will seamlessly integrate with the current staff.
EPE provides a generous benefit package that includes a competitive salary based on experience, a benefit package that includes 2 week paid vacation, fully-paid time off for major holiday long weekends and the Christmas-New Year week.

Things are coming together nicely for big blue…

Just wanted to share bit of mid week bling for a little project we are working on…

Carbs, cams, pistons.... oh it’s going to sing!

I think this might be the very first Porsche 911 that I have ever been asked to work on.... with white wall tires!

A little government job coming together on off hours... this is going to be a ton of fun!

As most of you know, in the interest of the safety of our clients, our employees and their families, the staff at EPE has been working abbreviated hours for the last 45 days.
