🩰🌹Congratulations to the Adult Beginning Ballet dancers on an incredible recital performance and wonderful season dancing together!
This beautiful piece was choreographed and taught by Liz, whose artistry and ability to bring out the beauty in every dancer was so special. Set to “Silent All These Years” by Yanta, the dance was graceful, moving, and filled with emotion, beautifully reflecting her vision of being authentically you.
It was both powerful and elegant, and the dancers brought Liz’s vision to life so beautifully on the dance floor.
Dancers, you looked absolutely gorgeous performing this piece.
Whether this was your first time performing or have been doing DanceFIT recitals for a while now, you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. What a beautiful performance from a beautiful group of dancers.

💪🏋️😅💃🙏And all the while, our Adult Fitness classes have been having an amazing week as well! They have been dancing, lifting, sweating and smiling! The audience chairs get stacked in the corner after a recital wraps, and the adults pile in, ready to rock their workouts! We even had a semi-private session using the audience aisles as training lanes for their workout this morning! 😆
😍We love our DanceFIT community so much! Cheers to all special moments together this week!
