ACCEPT Transitions students invited their families to attend the Transitions Showcase today. Students presented, led a circle, and created posters to showcase job sites from the 25-26 year. They also made and served lunch. It was a great turnout!

ACCEPT Elementary students took part in Natick Organic Community Farm's Close to the Ground field trip tour. We got to explore the animals on the farm, including bunnies, chickens, sheep, and goats. Students got to learn about different behaviors of chickens and even got to pet a hen! We also got to use tools such as magnifying glasses and trowels to investigate compost!

On Thursday evening, May 21, 2026, ACCEPT hosted a highly successful Transition Fair. The well-attended event brought families, service providers, and community members together under one roof to explore the crucial next steps for individuals preparing to exit special education school services. Attendees packed the venue to gather vital information on community agencies, employment training, independent living supports, and adult program opportunities. The evening successfully empowered families with the connections and resources needed to confidently navigate the journey into adulthood. Huge shout out to one of our teachers, Kathryn, and vocational counselor, Brianna, for all the work in putting together this event that we hope to become an annual event!
