ARGO - Advanced Remote & Geospatial Operations NSU

This week our team was testing our LIDAR scanner in the Grady Erwin Nature Area.

We were gathering examples of what a dataset would look like.

The drone is a WISPR SkyScout, and the LIDAR scanner is a Livox.

Yesterday we attended the WORK NATCHITOCHES SUMMIT, hosted by the NSU office of Economic Development and the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce.
A space dedicated to strengthening our regional workforce, fostering collaboration, and exploring new opportunities for community growth.

The last Tuesday, the Louisiana FFA Regional Meeting took place at Prather Coliseum.
During the event, The ARGO Lab and NSU's School of STEM showcased several of its departments and their capabilities, giving visiting students the opportunity to learn more about the programs and explore future opportunities at Northwestern State University.
