How long is the waitlist?
Waitlist times vary depending on demand and location. We recommend submitting an application early to be added to the waiting list and notified when a unit becomes available.
How much is the rent?
Rent is based on the family's adjusted gross annual income. The Total Tenant Payment (TTP) is generally 30% of your adjusted monthly income.
What if my income changes?
Family income and rent are recertified at least annually. You must also report any significant changes to your income or household composition.
Can guests visit and stay over?
You may have guests visit but there may not be visitor parking available on the property. Guests may not stay for more than seven (7) consecutive nights, or for more than fourteen (14) days within a twelve-month period.
