My new hours moving forward are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00-6:00. This breaks up my work week and should work better for my patients as well. Headed down soon to Nashua on my day off to be on the Lisa Law radio show and play golf with friends. Also, hot take, the hot tub or sauna provides better recovery and longevity benefits than cold plunges or cryotherapy.
Misha is gone. She was the sweetest girl. We were so lucky to have her as long as we did. She loved playing in the snow, snacks, snuggles, and people who might have snacks. She had been old a long time, so we’ve been able to fully appreciate her for a long time. It doesn’t make today any less painful.

Miles ran his first official marathon today in Cleveland. Unexpectedly hot AF! 🥵83 in the sun the last couple of hours. We both survived, but it was rough. Miles in 3:42 and me in 4:25 (I only started training 2 months ago). It was my first marathon since 2019. Karin ran the 10k on Saturday. Jade came and was a great supporter. good
