Today, we took a moment to celebrate an exciting milestone at Chore-Time, A Division of CTB, Inc. as we officially marked the groundbreaking of their facility expansion project.

While construction is already well underway and moving at a rapid pace to meet the demands of this fast-track schedule, it was important to pause and recognize the partnership, planning, and teamwork that have brought us to this point.

We're proud to be part of this expansion and look forward to delivering a facility that supports CTB's continued growth and success. Here's to a safe, efficient, and successful project ahead!

We were proud to join the City of South Bend - Municipal Government , South Bend Venues Parks & Arts , and community leaders to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the newly revitalized Byers Softball Complex .

It was an honor to help bring this vision to life - delivering upgraded softball fields, enhanced facilities, a welcoming new entrance, and a splash pad that will serve families for years to come.

The Byers Softball Complex has long been a place where memories are made, and we're excited to see future generations of athletes, families, and community members enjoy this renewed space. Congratulations to everyone who helped make this investment in South Bend possible.

We're still reeling from the excitement of last week's Wabash Pickleball Courts Ribbon Cutting! 🎉

It was inspiring to see so many members of the community come together to celebrate this exciting addition to Wabash and immediately put the new courts to use. From the first serves to plenty of friendly competition, the energy throughout the afternoon was a reflection of the momentum and growth happening across the community.

Projects like this are about more than creating new recreational spaces - they're about bringing people together, encouraging active lifestyles, and investing in places that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this project possible and to all who joined us to celebrate. We can't wait to see these courts become a hub for connection, competition, and community.

A beautiful morning at The Orchard on Wallen!

The progress made over the past couple of weeks has been incredible. The paving and sidewalks have truly brought the project together and given the development a whole new look and feel.

Shoutout to the team for their hard work and dedication behind the scenes - the early morning commutes, late nights, constant phone calls, and problem-solving that keep projects moving forward every day.

We’re excited to continue watching this multi-family apartment development come together over the next several months!

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

At R. Yoder Construction, we’re especially grateful for the veterans on our team who have worn the uniform and continue to serve their communities through their dedication, hard work, and leadership every day.

Today, we reflect with gratitude, remember the fallen, and thank those who have served. Your sacrifice and courage will never be forgotten.

One week after the ribbon cutting, the purpose behind this project continues to stick with us.

Welcome Home Youth Advocacy was built to be a place of support, hope, and restoration for people in every season of life. Bringing together organizations like Indiana Kids Belong, The Well, and Made 4 more - focused on foster care advocacy, mentorship, prayer, healing, and community outreach under one roof creates something truly special for our region.

Projects like this carry a deeper meaning because of the lives that will be impacted inside these walls for years to come. We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of bringing this vision to life and proud to support something that will serve our community in such a meaningful way.

This week, we gathered over cinnamon rolls from Nappanee Bakery & Treat Shoppe in Coppes Commons to celebrate our May birthdays and tenure milestones!

We always enjoy taking time each month to recognize the people behind the work. These celebrations are a chance to connect as a team, celebrate milestones together, and acknowledge the individuals who contribute to R. Yoder Construction every day.

On Friday, we celebrated the opening of Welcome Home, a new youth advocacy nonprofit created to serve and support individuals and families throughout our community.

Sharing the same space are several incredible organizations - The Well, Made 4 More, and Indiana Kids Belong - each bringing resources, support, healing, and encouragement to those who need it most. Whether someone is navigating a difficult season, seeking prayer and support, exploring foster care and adoption, or simply looking for community, this space was built to meet people where they are.

This project represents something much bigger than a building. It’s a place designed to make a lasting impact through compassion, connection, and care for both adults and children in our region.
R. Yoder Construction was honored to be part of this project and grateful to see the vision come to life.
