We heard some rumors and wanted to help clear them up

1. The Amish Inn is open during the winter
While some may not want to venture to the winter wonderland during these cold months we will still be open for those that do ❄️☃️
2. We are open 7 days a week!! 🎉
We did close a couple days in the past but are now open everyday for your stay. We are aware google still does not reflect this and we are working with them to fix it; unfortunately it’s not as easy as you’d think.
3. The Amish Inn is not the same ownership as The Barns
We are more than happy to host your stay while you enjoy everything The Barns has to offer (restaurant, theater, etc) and will give out any information we have on them. However, the restaurant and shows are not something we control.

The Amish Inn is looking for Front Desk Agents with professionalism and effective decision making. Currently considering applicants for all shifts, part time and full time hours available.

8 hours/week or 40 hours/week - all applicants encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:
-Flexible schedule including weekends
-Ability to work both individually and in a team setting
-Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
-Register and process guests and their assigned rooms
-Program key cards for guest rooms
-Accommodate guest requests
-Communicate effectively with hotel staff
-Handle cash and credit card transactions
-Maintain a clean and neat front desk area

References may be required before hiring.

You must be legal to work in the United States and provide your own reliable transportation to and from shifts.

The Amish Inn has both full-time and part-time positions available in housekeeping. Weekday, weekday evening, and weekend hours all available.

Housekeepers help maintain our guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities:
-Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards
-Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
-Perform laundry duties as necessary
Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
-Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
-Report any damages and repairs needed to management
-Report all lost and found items to management
