Join us on Wednesday, July 8th at the Napoleonville Library from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. for an exciting Lava Lamp Workshop with Ms. Samyri. Our theme will focus on lava lamps and experimenting with different colors. Registration is required. The last day to register is on Thursday July 2nd. Limited spots are available.

Join us on Tuesday, July 7th at the Napoleonville Library from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. for an exciting Cupcake Decorating Workshop with Ms. Samyri. Our theme will focus on decorating cupcakes. Registration is required. The last day to register is on Thursday July 2nd. Limited spots are available.

Every human being has the right to be free.
Juneteenth is a federal holiday that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. It is celebrated on June 19th. The name Juneteenth is a combination of June and nineteenth, the date when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas in 1865 and announced that all enslaved people were free, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

Father's Day activities and story time at the Labadieville Branch Library. We had a great time customizing our popsicle sticks and letting dad know how cool they are. Sunday is Father's Day and let's show our dads some love!!!

Ms. Maria made a tasty dish for us yesterday in Belle Rose. We combined fruits and vegetables to make a memorable recipe. It was blueberry watermelon salad with feta cheese. We also had an aerobic exercise class. It was busy day yesterday. Join us for another exciting workshop.
