Phil got 12mph on his top speed test
Two aspects with the shredmill we train is force and form. Here in gear 1 (power) how much force can you produce? Knee drive and good separation is key as well as powerful foot into the belt. One aspect we tend to forget is how well is their complex (LPHC) operating during movements this needs to be considered for efficient ground transfer.
