Platelet Rich Plasma is a treatment that can decrease pain, improve function and boost the natural healing process. For active people it may reduce recovery time from injuries to tendons.
In this case, PRP was injected precisely into a tear in a quad muscle using ultrasound guidance. This isn't a tendon I treat often so it was a cool 😎 case
