This project was a tough one...we waited 7+ months to get permits from DCRA (that's a LONG "Hold Time" with expensive carry costs). But once we got started, we cruised along very quickly and I couldn't be prouder of the finished product. Many thanks to our talented team: Alan Agho @ Grange Contracting LLC, Meghan Crowley @ Long & Forster & Kristie McGehee @ Washington Staging & Design LLC. Here's a Before & After pic followed by some finished project pics. It sold before ever hitting the open market.

Late...but happy to report that our project at 5507 33rd St. NW WDC has sold! It had 6 offers in 5 days...all over listing price with significant escalations. It was a bit stressful pushing this project along because of all the closures due to COVID-19. But the end result was very rewarding! This house was over 100 years old, so it was filled with lots of challenges. We repurposed the original pocket doors into the Master Bedroom/Bathroom hallway as barn doors. Also added a parking pad out back!
