* Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Required
* Professionally answers all incoming calls in a timely manner.
* Ensure that calls are directed accordingly to the appropriate contact.
* Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, etc. as needed.
* Create work orders and follow up on completed work orders.
* Create proposals and invoices using QuickBooks.

Landscaping or Irrigation office experience is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Professionally answers all incoming calls in a timely
manner.

* Perform a variety of clerical duties including filing, copying,
etc. as needed.
* Responsible for email correspondence for the irrigation
division.
* Create work orders and follow up on completed work orders.
* Create proposals and invoices using QuickBooks.
* Order supplies, such as landscape lights

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
* Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal and written
communication skills.
* Able to work with minimum supervision.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Experience with Quickbooks.

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE:
* A high school diploma or GED is required in addition to a
minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
