Here are our Fettuccine in our Piemontese Sauce, which is a pink sauce with ground beef and mushrooms. Delish!

Check out our amazing Meatballs, here served over our Egg Linguine. Our meatballs are extremely light and fluffy, because every single ingredient that goes in them is rigorously made from scratch in our facility, including the breadcrumbs! Yes, you are reading right: we go as far as baking the bread just to make breadcrumbs for our meatballs. But the result speaks for itself. You've got to try them out if you haven't yet!

This is something we're thinking of adding to our menu: Focaccia! An alternative to pizza, for all the dairy intolerants out there, or whoever wants to try something different and without tomato sauce. Can be made with simple Rosemary on top, or like in this case, your favorite toppings! Crunchy and irresistible!!

Here is the square version of our pizza, dairy-free and vegetarian. We chose lots of vegetables and fresh arugula as our toppings this time. With a nice salad, this is such a filling meal for two!
