The Avenue to bring vibrant walkable connection to Naples The Avenue mixed-use development breaks ground in Naples, marking the start of a two-year construction process that will feature 50 luxury residences and over 75,000 square feet of retail space.

A beloved Naples area landmark was demolished this month. The North Naples site of Bowland Beacon Bowl for more than 65 years has been leveled to prepare the property for a hotel redevelopment project. The Beacon Bowl property was sold and the bowling alley permanently closed Aug. 18. Naples Excavating began demolition work Oct. 28 and site work was finished Nov. 9.
While the entertainment center’s owners have yet to find another North Naples spot to relocate the local bowling alley, plans are being finalized for The Carnelian hotel at 5400 Trail Blvd., across U.S. 41 from Waterside Shops.

We have started demolition at the former Lemon Tree Inn on US-41 in Old Naples for Platinum Developments LLC. A new high-end, mixed use project designed by MHK Architecture and Planning will take its place.

We're excited to get this project underway! We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with Naples Excavating and the School District of Lee County on this project. Stay tuned for more on the renovation of Fort Myers Beach Elementary School 🏫
