Hot bite and hot temps last week!

Been fishin a litttle bit, they been bitin a little bit!

Elias got a pair of good ones and plenty of others on a recent afternoon trip!

Little Charlie had a fun time on his first fishing trip with and . He brought in multiple species including redfish and trout for dinner, and helped everyone by getting them fresh baits from the livewell (usually the youngins’ favorite part). Gotta start em early and get em hooked!

Busy week, slow water has the action a little down but really good fish being caught daily!

Over a dozen species on today’s fill day trip, with a handful of backwater permit! Always a fun catch!

Solid bite yesterday ahead of the cold front, wind was absolutely rippin!

The girls crushed some overslot reds in the wind this afternoon, a 32 and 29 inch pictured. They managed a few others reds along with some snook and jacks as well!

Redfish have been on the hunt every day this week, particularly on the high water afternoon runs! Quite a few fish in the 28-30 inch range and the rest in the slot. Lots of jacks, and snook and trout have been taking baits each day as well.

Backwater temps finally hit the 60s and we’ve been catching all the usual shrimp eaters the past few days, a few good drum in the mix, some overslot reds and nice black drum!
