He was among America's Top Twenty Dobermans in 2004, 2005, and 2006. He attended his first Westminster Dog Show at the young age of 18 months, after that he went on to 3 more shows at Westminster of which the Westminster Kennel Club invited him to attend. In 2006 he was awarded an Award of Merit from the Westminster Dog Club. He finally retired from his show career after defeating over 5000 Dobermans. This was all accomplished by the young age of 4. All of this led to a passion for the breed and teaching other people how to attain optimum health for the pets through nutrition and natural products. Almost Wild is an all natural, holistic, and organic pet food and supply store. We are Golden Gate Estates only natural pet supply and boutique. We offer free nutritional consultations to all our customer's pets and a reward program for loyalty purchasing. We have 15 years of experience feeding pets the natural way. The owners have master's degrees in science, health nutrition communication and education from a major university and have studied and adapted this knowledge to animal nutrition. We highly support a raw diet and dry and canned diets that provide pets with ingredients that are biologically appropriate. None of the diets contain wheat, corn, soy or by-products. Treats are also an important part of our companion's well-being and should also be highly digestible and nutritious. It is a favorite of all visiting pets. We also provide raw treats such as bison and beef bones as well as lamb and ham bones. Remember these types of treats must be raw. Our boutique offers thing to keep our pets busy and happy. We have a great supply of toys, handmade beds, collars and leashes. We offer things to pamper your pets and made your life an enjoyable experience with your companion. All products in our store are made in the United States or Canada. Training is now available which also contributes to a positive relationship between you and your pets. Our philosophy is aimed at your communication with your pet. Your pet wants to please you but must understand what you want. In our training sessions you will learn how to effectively communicate to your pets what you want. And while you are away from home bring your dog to our boarding facility. We provide the same dedication to our visiting guest as we do for our own dogs. Each dog is treated as family with 24 hour attention.
