Recently Completed Mud Room/Laundry Room Remodel. This project was fit in while we renovated the complete exterior of our clients Grosse Pointe Farms Home. The interior project had kept evolving from asking to remove “A Wall” to open the Mud Room. Once opened up we fixed and repaired all problems that came to light when you start opening up walls, ceilings and floors. In the end the new Mud Room/Laundry Room is now a comfortable and functional area to be enjoyed by our Happy Clients!!

It’s Final our Renovation is Complete in Grosse Pointe Farms. It was a great project transforming this home giving it a freshly rejuvenated facelift. Big Thanks to the clients for trusting JSB Building Company bring there dreams from paper to reality.

Starting demo on another Grosse Pointe Project. Begin the renovations on two bathrooms, progress pictures will be posted soon.

Our Project on Touraine Dr in Grosse Pointe Farms is starting to take shape and show the transformation of our clients vision. The new porch is in place and has the new stand & seam copper roof installed. New Cedar shake siding and Kleer plastic trim is being finished up next week. Painters will begin next week on all the existing and new trim work. Updated pictures to follow shortly as the projects finishing touches get completed.

We’re starting another Renovation in Grosse Pointe Farms. Work has already begun with a complete new roof a few weeks ago. The front porch is just starting to take shape and make a statement. This will be a complete exterior facelift giving this house it’s charm and curb appeal back! Progress pictures will follow as it takes shape.
