For years I kept trying to fix things that were fundamentally broken.
For years I was working on myself by following the world instead of the Word of Jesus Christ.
Fixing my energy with more coffee instead of better sleep.
Fixing my body with extreme diets instead of sustainable nutrition.
Fixing my stress by working more instead of working smarter.
I was decorating a burning house and wondering why nothing was getting better.
The day everything changed was not the day I found a new program or a new strategy.
It was the day I decided to walk away from everything that was not working and build something new from the ground up.
Consistency over chaos.

Faith over fear.
A routine that actually serves my new life and his kingdom.

Most people are not out of shape because they lack information.
They are out of shape because of what is chained to their ankle.
Entitlement. Victim mindset. Excuses. Comfort zone.
You cannot out train a poor mindset. You cannot out diet a victim mentality. And you cannot build the body or the life you want while dragging all of that behind you.
The door at the top is not locked.
It never was.
Consistency is waiting on the other side of every excuse you have ever made.
The question is whether you are willing to drop the weight that has nothing to do with the gym.

and I are coming up on 5 years of marriage this year.
Five years of building businesses, navigating loss, walking through seasons that tested everything we had.
