⭐️ Today our Secondary students welcomed their Primary friends for our monthly Library Rotation with an Under the Sea theme! 🌊🐠
Secondary students took on leadership roles as they led a read-aloud, helped their friends check out books, explored new titles together, and assisted with a beach-themed word search. It was a wonderful opportunity to build friendships, practice leadership skills, and share a love of reading while diving into some ocean-themed fun!

⭐️ Beast Games Day 5 brought out our students' knowledge, confidence, and creativity! Primary students put their skills to the test during a fun round of trivia and showed off their courage during Blind Karaoke. From answering questions to singing their hearts out, everyone had a chance to shine while cheering on their teammates. It was a great day filled with laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable moments!

⭐️ Beast Games Day 5 had students thinking fast and moving even faster! During our Headbandz Challenge, students worked to guess the mystery word on their head using clues from their teammates. The catch? Every incorrect guess meant a lap around the course before jumping back into the game! Lots of laughs, teamwork, and friendly competition made this challenge a big hit.

⭐️ Red Light, Green Light was the challenge for Day 4 of Beast Games! 🚦
Students put their listening skills, self-control, and quick reactions to the test as they raced to the finish line. There were plenty of laughs, a few surprise freezes, and lots of friendly competition as teams worked to earn points and move one step closer to the Beast Games championship!

⭐️ Our Secondary students were busy running the Coffee Cart today! ☕️
From preparing orders and practicing customer service to delivering drinks with a smile, students are building valuable workplace and communication skills through hands-on experience. We love seeing their confidence grow with each Coffee Cart day!

⭐ Independent work time is an important part of our Secondary program! Students are building responsibility, focus, and confidence as they work through a variety of tasks including independent academics, typing practice, filing, and other vocational activities. These opportunities help students strengthen the skills they need for success in school, the workplace, and everyday life while learning to manage tasks with increasing independence. We are proud of the hard work and determination they show each day!

⭐ Our Secondary students spent the morning at Suncoast Dental Center for their final work study experience of the school year! Students put their vocational skills to work by packaging patient swag bags, while Elsie continued building her job readiness skills by practicing the proper sanitization of dental tools and equipment.
We are so grateful for community partners like Suncoast Dental Center who provide meaningful opportunities for our students to develop workplace skills, gain confidence, and explore potential career paths. What a great way to wrap up another successful year of work study!

⭐️ Day 3 of Beast Games was a hit as our Primary students took on a game of Capture the Flag! 🚩
Students worked together, practiced strategy, cheered on their teammates, and had an absolute blast.
