If you are having sand coming out of your baseboards like this, ants are in the walls and outside perimeter. Bigheaded ants are your culprit and you need to get Pest Control Service quicker than you think, they bring sand from outside into the structure of the house, be prepared to have dead ants 🐜 for a while. As you can see there is multiple entry points for Rodents to get in, sometimes you can't see them but you hear nioses, chances are you have a problem. This was a AIR-B&B that called short notice, and I got problem solved in a week before new tenants arrived.

Rat's getting into your attic, can't find where there coming in, check Ridge vents, usually has rubber ends which Rat's chew through, make sure they are sealed.

Just wanted to share. Brown Recluse Spider are around. This is very small, legs are about as big as a Quarter. Bathrooms and not light areas they will hang out. This is a small one.
