Two brothers are now facing murder charges after a Birmingham woman was shot and killed following an earlier conflict involving their mother.

31-year-old Tampril Lashae Davis was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. Brothers Marquis Antwon Graham, 24, and Nikolas Isaiah Graham, 27, were later arrested and charged with her murder.

The case has drawn attention because Davis had reportedly been involved in an earlier incident with the brothers’ mother before the fatal shooting.

AMAZON DRIVER SEEN GIVING TWO BOYS A RIDE IN DELIVERY VAN…

A video circulating online is raising questions after an Amazon delivery driver was reportedly seen allowing two neighborhood boys into a delivery van in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

The security footage, timestamped October 3, 2026, appears to show the van moving through a residential parking area while the side door remained open.

According to the account circulating with the footage, the driver was making deliveries in the neighborhood when the boys were picked up and driven around the area.

At this point, there does not appear to be a publicly confirmed statement from Amazon or Chilliwack RCMP explaining exactly what happened, and I haven’t found confirmation that the driver was charged or faced disciplinary action.

The footage is certainly getting attention, though, especially because of the obvious safety concerns surrounding children riding inside a delivery vehicle with an open door.

FLORIDA COUPLE BOTH FACE FELONY CHARGES AFTER DISTURBANCE AT CAMPER

Susanna Wright, 61, is charged with attempted homicide involving domestic violence after an altercation at the couple’s Cantonment camper, according to Escambia County arrest reports.

Her husband, William Bradley Wright, 51, is charged with possessing a fi***rm or am******on as a convicted felon.

The couple gave deputies conflicting accounts.

Susanna said she stabbed her husband with a Phillips-head screwdriver during an argument and alleged he held a handgun to her head.

William said she attacked him while he was in bed, and that he picked up an unloaded handgun to scare her off but never pointed it at her.

Deputies reported finding William with three puncture wounds, described as non-life-threatening.

They also recovered the screwdriver, handgun and am******on from the camper.

Susanna remains jailed without bond. William’s bond was set at $25,000. The charges are allegations, and the investigation is ongoing.

KENTUCKY FATHER AND STEPMOTHER CHARGED IN ALLEGED ABUSE OF 6-YEAR-OLD

Alan Williams and Haley Hardin are facing felony charges after an investigation into the alleged abuse and neglect of a 6-year-old girl in Allen County.

Authorities say the investigation began Oct. 2 after concerns were raised about the child’s welfare.

She was taken to a medical center, where doctors reportedly found bruising across much of her body, including her face.

Investigators allege the girl was strangled and subjected to severe mistreatment while in the care of adults responsible for her.

Authorities also cited concerns about her living conditions, food, hygiene and school attendance.

Williams, the girl’s father, is charged with first-degree criminal abuse or neglect and first-degree strangulation.

Her stepmother, Hardin, is charged with first-degree criminal abuse and first-degree strangulation.

The investigation is ongoing. The charges are allegations.

4 TEENS ARRESTED SIX WEEKS AFTER CAMERON FRIERSON CASE

Six weeks after 16-year-old Cameron Frierson was shot after attending a high school football game in Nashville, police say four teenagers have now been arrested.

Cameron, a junior at Hunters Lane High School, had attended a football game at Pearl-Cohn High School on August 21. Around 10:30 p.m., after the game, Cameron and his younger brother were in the area of Herman Street near 25th Avenue North when shots were fired from a vehicle.

Cameron’s younger brother reportedly ran when the shots started and returned to find Cameron on the ground. Cameron was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he later passed away.

His family described Cameron as a teenager who worked two jobs while attending school, loved football, cars and fashion, and hoped to earn an HVAC degree and eventually own his own business.

For weeks, investigators searched for answers. A reward in the case eventually reached $20,000, while Cameron’s family continued publicly asking anyone with information to come forward.

Then, exactly six weeks after the incident, Metro Nashville Police announced four arrests:

Jon’quavous Johns-Collins, 18 — who was 17 at the time of the incident
Marcelle Stem Jr., 17
Lil Tay Webster, 17
Zachkeius Brown, 16

Police say their investigation indicates all four were inside the vehicle from which multiple shots were fired. Each is facing criminal homicide and engaging in a criminal conspiracy charges in Juvenile Court.

Authorities have not publicly identified which individual fired, and investigators say the motive remains under investigation.

Cameron’s mother, Brittany Frierson, has already appeared at a court hearing and says she plans to be at every hearing moving forward. She said she can have empathy for difficult circumstances some of the teens may have experienced growing up, but doesn’t believe that excuses what happened to her son.

She also maintains that Cameron had done nothing to them.

This case is far from over. Investigators still have major questions to answer — including why this happened, who fired, and whether Cameron was specifically targeted or simply encountered that night.

Four arrests after six weeks of waiting for answers. Now the focus moves from the investigation to the courtroom.

Future’s brother FBG Casino, whose real name is Rico Deville Buice, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess f—tanyl with intent to distribute after federal agents allegedly found 17 kilograms of suspected f—tanyl at an Airbnb prosecutors say he used as a stash house.

FBG Casino’s plea deal carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, with a maximum sentence of life in prison and up to a $10 million fine. He is scheduled to be sentenced on January 7.

His request to remain out on pre-trial release until sentencing was denied, so he was taken back into custody.

Authorities say the November 2025 search also uncovered roughly $300,000–$388,000 in cash, a G***k handg-n, am******on, an extended magazine, a money counter and destroyed cell phones. As part of the plea deal, FBG agreed to forfeit $388,930 in cash, the fi***rm, am******on and magazine.

A Texas man іs facіng a capіtal murder charge after polіce say he fatally wounded a 58-year-old former chef who regularly prepared and handed out food to people іn need.

John Donat, 58, was sіttіng іn hіs car outsіde an extended-stay hotel along Hіghway 6 іn west Houston on Wednesday, September 30, offerіng food to people when authorіtіes say Otіs Parks, 30, approached the passenger sіde of the vehіcle.

Polіce say Parks demanded money and attempted to carjack Donat.

As Donat trіed to drіve away, Parks allegedly fіred through the passenger-sіde wіndow.

Donat’s vehіcle subsequently traveled through two fences. When authorіtіes reached hіm, he was sufferіng from a g𝗎nshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Donat’s son, Nіck, saіd hіs father had worked as a chef and routinely obtained food from a local food bank, cooked іt and distrіbuted meals to people outsіde the hotel where he lіved.

Hіs son saіd Donat also made an effort to help people strugglіng wіth drug problems because he had experienced sіmіlar struggles іn hіs own lіfe.

Donat was originally from Ohіo and had moved to Texas approximately 10 years ago. According to hіs son, he was preparіng to move to South Carolіna to be closer to hіs famіly before hіs death.

Polіce later іdentіfіed Parks as the suspect and arrested hіm. He іs now charged wіth capіtal murder іn Donat’s death.

Іnvestіgators also searched a nearby fіeld wіth an ATF K-9 after receіvіng іnformatіon that a possible weapon had been thrown there. Іt was not immediately clear whether a weapon was recovered.

Parks has a prіor crіmіnal record, іncludіng a 2018 convіctіon for aggravated assault wіth a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to seven years іn prіson іn that case.

According to polіce, that earlier case involved Parks stabbіng a frіend multіple tіmes after discoverіng that hіs gіrlfrіend’s baby had dіaper rash.

Parks has been charged іn Donat’s death, not convіcted, and іs presumed іnnocent unless proven guіlty іn court.

🚨 3 CHARGED AFTER 1-MONTH-OLD BABY DIES OF CO***NE TOXICITY

Three people are facing charges following the death of a 1-month-old baby girl at a Motel 6 in Henrico County, Virginia.

The baby’s parents, Derrick Dwayne Carter, 47, and Ashton Marie Leeper, 30, have each been charged with second-degree murder and child neglect.

The Virginia Chief Medical Examiner’s Office determined the baby died from co***ne toxicity and ruled her death a homicide.

According to court documents, Carter told investigators he fed the baby around 1 a.m. on June 29 and woke approximately 12 hours later to find her stiff and not breathing. Authorities believe she had been dead for roughly two hours before police arrived.

Court documents also allege Carter and Leeper had been using crack co***ne inside the motel room.

Christina Ann Snead, 53, who was staying in the room, is charged with accessory after the fact of murder. Surveillance footage allegedly showed Snead leaving shortly before police arrived and throwing away a bag that investigators say contained drug paraphernalia belonging to Carter and Leeper.

The charges are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Neighbors, 4-year-old Caleb Flax was fatally shot inside his Charlotte home last month in an incident police are calling an “act of unthinkable violence.”

According to reports, seven armed suspects were traveling in two stolen cars when they stopped in Flax’s neighborhood and allegedly fired a total of 84 shots into his home and three other properties. The shooting was allegedly in retaliation for an earlier shooting.

Flax was pronounced dead at a hospital hours after the shooting. An adult, Kaley Collins, was also critically injured.

Flax’s mother, Bryanna Flax, told WCCB: “He was laying beside me when it happened and I tried to cover his body, but I guess he had already got hit. It broke my heart. I’m just. I’m just numb right now.”

The four teens, Ar’montae Johnson, 16, Antonio Ladson, 17, Jaylen Barber, 16, and Ian Garland, 17, have been charged with murder, attempted murder, shooting into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Terrance Jackson, 22, is also facing a charge of accessory after the fact. Police say he allegedly helped Johnson reprogram a key for one of the stolen cars. 💔

‼️16 DOGS SEIZED; WOMAN FACES THREE WARRANTS IN NAUGATUCK CASES

Melissa Mae Ahlgren, 35, was arrested Oct. 1 on three separate warrants, including charges stemming from an animal cruelty investigation and a harassment and stalking case involving a Naugatuck animal control officer.

Police say the animal cruelty investigation began after a five-week-old puppy in Ahlgren’s care became critically ill and had to be euthanized.

A later search of her property led to 16 dogs being seized. Investigators reported finding no dog food, no running water, and f***s and urine throughout the home.

Ahlgren faces 16 counts of animal cruelty, four vaccination-related counts and four counts of failing to meet dog ownership requirements.

The dogs remain in Animal Control’s care and are not available for adoption while the case is pending.

Police also allege Ahlgren created a fake adult-services ad using the animal control officer’s photos and personal information, including a former address.

She faces charges including harassment, breach of peace, stalking and criminal impersonation.

Ahlgren was also arrested on an outstanding failure-to-appear warrant connected to a June DUI case. Police said she appeared in Waterbury Superior Court on Oct. 2.

Bonds across the three warrants total $110,000.

The charges are allegations and have not been resolved in court.
