Today we are in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda where we see some of the most magnificent sailing machines. Here are two beautiful sailing vessels Sea Cloud II and the schooner Arabella. We keep running into Arabella all over the Caribbean and Chesapeake Bay.
On our way to Norman Island, BVI after waiting for a weather window for 2 days on Virgin Gorda.
Sitting out the bad weather in Biras Creek. Rainy conditions all day, 12-14ft seas, winds are at 26kts. A good day for card games and Netflix.

Black Pearl, one of the largest sailing yachts on the planet.
Heading to North Sound, Virgin Gorda. Bitter End Yacht Club here we come. Wind SE at 18-20kts, boat speed average 9.2kts. This is truly champagne sailing.

Sitting on the beach in the Bight at Norman Island enjoying the view looking at Certifiable. Of course I should mention that I've been in my starboard engine room all day dealing with a blocked drain in our electric grill. Then we discovered the bilge pump was not functioning. I need another drink. You gotta love boat life.

Early morning watch on board CERTIFIABLE. Sun is just rising. We left Simpson Bay, St Martin 0300hrs for the British Virgins. Winds are out of the east at 14kts, wave height 1.5m, pretty smooth sailing.
