This adaptive reuse project involves converting an existing high-rise structure into a modern hospitality destination focused on guest experience, waterfront activation, operational performance, and long-term asset value.

Our role includes development and construction advisory support, with a focus on owner representation, project coordination, cost and schedule oversight, permitting coordination, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
