CLOSING DAY! This one is different than all the rest. Daniel’s mom passed away recently and he and his sister Connie had to sell the house. It’s hard when it’s personal and it’s hard when there are wills and trusts and probate that all have to be dealt with and the loss is so fresh and raw. But I was grateful that I was able to handle the sale of the home and make it as painless as possible for the people I love the most. When you are grieving the loss of a loved one, the last thing you want to worry about is figuring out how to sell a home. I’m glad I was there for my family to help walk them through this part.
