Buyer demand surged, inventory hit record lows, multiple-offer situations became the norm, and home prices climbed at historic rates. In 2021 alone, closed sales increased by more than 25%, while median prices rose over 20% year-over-year. Naples also recorded more than $17 billion in home sales, shattering previous records.
While today's market looks very different, one thing hasn't changed: Naples remains one of Florida's most desirable places to live, attracting buyers from across the country.
