84 years young and still rocking the kitchen!
If you missed last Wednesday’s live cooking show, you missed an absolute feast, and a whole lot of laughs! Mindy asked Sara to make manicotti, and even though Sara joked that it’s a "five-course meal" too big for the show... she secretly made it anyway!

Look at how beautiful last Wednesday's dinner turned out!

Sara was in her absolute element, sharing her secret to packed-in flavor, using tons of fresh, aromatic herbs like rosemary, mint, basil, and fresh oregano. She also walked us through her light, delicious homemade Alfredo pasta. It’s made without any of the heavy starch or flour you find in restaurants, meaning you get all the incredible flavor without it feeling heavy.
As you can see, we love having extra hands helping out! David stepped right up to help mix the filling and stuff the zucchini boats. That's the best part about The Unexpected Kitchen, everyone cooks here!
